How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process orders every working day (Monday to Friday).
We ship every day or when necessary.
Any order placed over a weekend or public holiday will be sent on the next working day.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your order within 10 days of purchasing it please contact us at [email protected] quoting your order number, name and email address. We keep a record of everything that has been sent so can check against that record and follow it up. A replacement order will be sent out as soon as possible after we receive notification that it hasn’t arrived. If your order doesn’t arrive and you don’t let us know within 30 days of the purchase date then Litevibe Marketing Ltd will have no liability to you.

How long will be Infinity Pro Power Band last?

The holographic cores are sealed inside the waterproof silicone band. As long as you look after your band and don’t damage it then the holograms will stay sealed inside and will work indefinitely. If you do break your band or damage it then you can always just put the band in your pocket and it will work the same as on your wrist. As long as the product is within 3 inches of your body it will work.

Is Infinity Pro Safe and Legal?

Infinity Pro is not a drug nor does anything get ingested or absorbed while wearing the product. It is completely safe but if you have any thoughts or concerns about other conditions you have then consult a physician first.

When should I wear my Infinity Pro Power Band?

You can wear your product all day everyday if you like. Some people report that it helps them to sleep while others say it keeps them awake. It’s down to personal preference – if you don’t want to take it off then don’t! Individual results may vary.

Can Infinity Pro wristbands get wet?

100% YES! They were designed as much to be used in water as on land. They are 100% waterproof and the holograms are sealed inside and won’t get damaged. They are also thin enough to fit comfortably under a wetsuit.

Is there a certain way that I need to wear my power band?

No. Infinity Pro can be worn as you please as long as the product is within 3 inches of your body it will work. It doesn’t need to be tight to the skin to work nor does it need to touch the skin.

Does Infinity Pro use Magnets?

Infinity Pro does not use magnets, it does not contain magnets and it isn’t magnetic. The holograms have been electrically engineered to contain frequencies which work positively with your body.

They are made out of a metallic version of Mylar – a polyester film.

Can I wear more than one Infinity Pro Power Band?

You can wear as many as you like! It won’t hurt to wear more than one – some people have been known to wear two on each wrist!

Do watches affect my Infinity Pro Power Band?

No, Infinity Pro wristbands do not affect watches, nor do watches affect Infinity Pro wristbands. Mobile phones, mobile gaming devices, personal stereo’s, mp3 players – none of these are affected by Infinity Pro bands and vice versa.
